Intimates
Monique Lester's Lingerie Brand: What She Has Shared About Crystal Rose Intimates
Monique Lester, the Australian model, is preparing to launch her lingerie brand, Crystal Rose Intimates. Here is what she has shared so far.

Monique Lester began modeling at around 12 and has spent her career photographed in clothes made by other people. Crystal Rose Intimates, the lingerie brand she is preparing to launch, is her move from modeling into business. The Australian model, whose work has appeared in Playboy and FHM and who appeared on the 2025 cover of Magnifiqué, now has a brand name, product samples on order and a stated aim of building a brand around confidence.
She is keeping many of the details private for now. Here is what she has shared so far.
Where Crystal Rose Intimates stands today
The project is moving forward. The business name, Crystal Rose Intimates, is established, and Lester has recently ordered product samples from a prospective new supplier.
Sampling is where any clothing label gets tested in physical form. A sample shows how a fabric behaves and how a garment fits a real body rather than a drawing, and it lets a founder judge a supplier's work before placing a production order. For a new lingerie brand, choosing who makes the product is one of the first big decisions.
Lester has not said when Crystal Rose Intimates will launch, what it will sell or where. In her own framing, she wants people to stay curious about what is coming.

What years in front of the camera bring to Monique Lester's brand
Since those first photographic shoots, Monique Lester has built a career of magazine features, fashion photography and creative collaborations. Seeing her work published in international magazines she once only dreamed of appearing in was, by her account, both surreal and validating, and proof that goals she had thought out of reach were achievable.
Lester has spoken about modeling as a creative discipline built on preparation and collaboration with photographers, stylists and the wider production team. She values the chemistry that forms when everyone on a shoot shares a vision and works with mutual respect.
Shoppers often meet lingerie first through a campaign image or a product photo, so presentation matters to an intimates label from the start. Lester's knowledge of modeling, photography and presentation is the perspective she brings to the new venture. Crystal Rose Intimates is the step from that experience into a new role as a fashion entrepreneur.

What Monique Lester hopes to build
Confidence runs through almost everything Monique Lester says about her career. She has said she hopes to build a brand centered on confidence, femininity and empowerment. She has not yet said how that will show up in the product itself.
Her own confidence, she has said, did not arrive overnight. She built it through deliberate shifts in mindset, learning to separate her self-worth from other people's opinions and paying attention to how she feels as well as how she looks. Lingerie is worn closest to the skin, so how a piece feels on the wearer counts as much as how it photographs.
Her view of trends is consistent. Lester has argued that trends may change but a person's identity should not have to change with them, and she is selective about what she shares online, posting what fits who she is rather than chasing every trend.

Monique Lester, from model to founder
Building a brand asks for the same qualities Lester credits for her modeling career. She has said consistency and professionalism are often what separate brief attention from long-term opportunity, and that resilience means handling rejection without letting it decide your worth. Her advice to newer models is to take themselves seriously before expecting anyone else to: invest in a strong portfolio, understand what makes them distinct and build real relationships in the industry.
She also wants her work to reach beyond her own career. Lester has said she hopes to mentor and support women entering the modeling industry, and that she no longer measures success only by magazine covers or visibility, but by whether she can inspire others to believe in their own potential.

Building a business alongside family life
The brand is taking shape alongside a full life away from fashion. Lester's children and family remain at the center of her plans, and she has also worked as a disability support worker, a role she describes as meaningful and rewarding.
